To process your request quickly, please complete the mandate below by filling in all required fields and attaching the documents to be collected.
Please note that the normal processing time for procedures and court work is carried out according to your request.
If your request is urgent, please complete the mandate, specifying the urgency in the comments, and then contact us by phone at 514-922-0888. (A request is considered urgent when it involves gathering documents and completing court work on the same day or the day after your service request. Additional fees may apply.)

Rates established in accordance with the fee schedules of the Chambre des huissiers de justice du Québec and government regulations.
THE AMOUNTS SHOWN CORRESPOND TO A SECURITY DEPOSIT. ANY UNUSED BALANCE WILL BE REFUNDED.

HERE'S HOW TO MAKE THE DEPOSIT
Please make your Interac e-Transfer to: depot@fcdhuissiers.ca (Important: Please include your full name in the transfer notes.) Your funds will be held in our trust account, in strict compliance with the requirements of our professional order.
Once the mandate is completed, a detailed invoice will be sent to you and any excess balance will be fully refunded.
Interac e-Transfer is a secure payment method that allows you to deposit your funds directly into our trust account. No FCD Huissiers de justice employee will ever ask you for a password or any confidential information unrelated to your mandate.
